AgentCause ("Company", "we", "us", "our") provides a multi-tenant AI-powered voice contact center platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent voice agents, manage customer interactions, run campaigns, and analyze communication data ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to paid features. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan. No data is deleted upon trial expiry.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at the Company's discretion for unused portions of a billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, to impersonate any person or entity, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the Service's operation. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service ("Tenant Data"). The Company does not claim any intellectual property rights over your Tenant Data. You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Tenant Data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is a multi-tenant platform. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure strict data isolation between tenants. Your data is never accessible to other tenants. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
API access is subject to rate limits as specified in your plan. The Company reserves the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed their plan limits or abuse the API. Rate limit details are documented in the API documentation.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Tenant Data), is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before termination. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief sought in connection with intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
